Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Because my paintings are original, one-of-a-kind artworks, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds for change of mind or other circumstances.

The only exception is if a piece arrives damaged in transit. In that case, you must notify me within 14 days of receiving the artwork, providing photographs of the damage. Once reviewed, I will offer you one of the following options:

  • A replacement painting created in the same style, or

  • An alternative artwork of equal value from my available collection.

If no suitable replacement is possible, a refund may be issued at my discretion.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available in the event of damage. As every painting is unique, I cannot guarantee an identical reproduction, but I will work closely with you to ensure a resolution that reflects the spirit of the original piece.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For all artworks, we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
